In each stage there will be check points  (CP’s) for the hydration and nutrition of the competitors. If you want to know the specific ubication of the CP’s check out the Maps section.

In the first stage there will be one CP; in the second one, three; in the third and fourth, four; and in the fifth stage, one CP. Each stand will be supplied with: water, isotonic beverages, fruits, baked potatoes and bicycle chain grease for lubrication.

The CP’s works with an autoservice system, so every competitor should grab for himself any snack or beverage needed. In each CP there will be GUANARIDE staff that will gladly help the competitor take what he needs, but individual service is not an obligation of the staff.
